We pride ourselves on providing a fast and efficient delivery service throughout the UK with our shipping partners. Our delivery timescales are based on the order being placed and confirmed by 1pm on Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Highlands and Islands include AB10-16, AB21-39, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, HS1-HS9, IM1-9, IV1-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PA87-88, PH15-44, PH49-50, TR21-25, ZE1-3, and ZZ75. We currently do not deliver outside the UK, including the Channel Islands.
Our shipping partners delivery dates are an estimate and can be affected by aspects outside their control, such as third-party service delays, weather, traffic, government interventions and delivery location. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days, please Contact Us with your order number.
If you have any questions regarding our products or delivery terms then please contact us first, as once you place your order we will not be able to change anything. Our courier will contact you with delivery details closer to the time. Don’t worry if you’re not in, the parcel can be left in a safe place.
Orders over 24kg may be packed into more than one box and thus may be delivered in more than one delivery.
We are committed to giving you the best possible product at the best possible price with excellent service. Any product purchased from our website that is found to be damaged in transit or is not the product actually ordered then please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. Providing photographic evidence to support your return is advisable to assist us with our haulier’s queries. Should a product be found to be faulty then please contact us within 14 working days with details of product and batch number and return the product to us including all packaging and we will investigate and either refund or replace the product.
If you find that you have made a mistake in placing your order then we will endeavour to try and amend your order providing we are notified immediately. All orders made 1pm on Monday to Friday will be despatched that day and no amendments or cancellations can be made after the order/despatch deadline has been reached as your order will already be packaged and awaiting collection by our courier.
In the event of a customer purchasing products from our website by
mistake and through no fault of ourselves, then we will either replace
or refund the product providing the original product is returned to WCF head office in an un-used and saleable condition at the
customer’s own expense. We retain the right to refuse refunds on
products that aren’t in saleable condition, or 14 day returns period.
Once the product has been received and checked and found that it is
in an un-used and saleable condition then a full refund of the original
order cost will be made minus the cost of return delivery.
